Shipping Information
Please allow 1-2 business days to process standard orders, and 7-10 business days to process pre-orders. During this time we carefully assemble and package your order in preparation for shipment.
Changes to shipping address must be done within 12 hours of your order is placed.
Please kindly ensure you leave the correct and complete shipping address (Unit number should be demonstrated for apartment). Incorrect or incomplete shipping address might cause shipping delay or failure. Your order will only be shipped once, and only to the address listed upon ordering.
Any additional shipping fee due incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by client, will be at client's expense.
If client choose to cancel the order after first time shipment failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by client, designated flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount. ( C$9.99 for Toronto GTA area, C$15.99 for domestic Canada except Toronto GTA, C$25 for US, C$29.99 International.)

1-2 business days within Toronto GTA, areas including: Downtown Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Aurora and Newmarket;

1-4 weeks rest of the world.

TAXES & DUTIES

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@pegascharming.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, we will replace your order free of charge.
