Return & Exchange

We would love to have happy customers. We commit to work our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us if you have any concerns or questions with your order, we would love to assist you! 

 

Return

We gladly accept returns! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unworn and unused in original Pegas Charming packaging. Tags must be attached. All items within package including gifts need to be returned back.

✡ Steps To Return

  • Please email us at info@pegascharming.com with your order number, name of item(s) to be refunded, reason for return, and clear photos of item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will provide you with the address to ship your item to. Please pack the items in it’s original packages. Please dispatch the parcel within 5 days of the return confirmation email sent by us.

  • Return the item with a trackable delivery service of client's choice and at client's own expense.  The return shipment takes place at your risk and PegasCharming will not be responsible for any return packages that are lost during transit. We recommend you inform us the tracking number of the returned parcel to make the returning process more efficient.

  • Once the items have been returned and received in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order (shipping fees are not eligible for refund). If you purchased with a free shipping option including our free shipping promotion, a designated flat fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover the original shipping cost. ( C$9.99 for Toronto GTA area, C$15.99 for domestic Canada except Toronto GTA, C$25 for US, C$45 International.)

  • Since all the products are carefully sanitized and packed, a processing fee of  C$4.99 per order will be deducted from the refundable amount.

*For defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will try our best to assist you with exchange& return needs. Shipping fees will be covered by PegasCharming only for the instances of manufacturing defects.

✡ Exceptions

  • On-Sale items or items purchased during any sale event are final sale which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

  • Pierced earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reason.

  • Customized/personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased with promotional coupons can only be refunded as store credits

 

Exchange

We are not able to offer direct exchange service at this moment. If you wish to exchange any item you purchased, please follow the return steps to return the items and place a new order for the items you wish to exchange to. 

Cancellation

 

  • We don't accept cancellations for all in-stock items.

  • All pre-order and customized items can only be refunded and cancelled within 12 hours of the order is placed.

 

 

 

Price Difference

Our prices change in response to trends and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.

 

 

 


☆​☆​☆ We highly recommend you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

☆​☆​☆ All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that are not in original condition, without original receipt or packaging, outside of this time frame, or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
